First I want to thank everyone for their support last week and suggestion on how to adjust my diet. I up'd the water and protein and stuck to the diet everyday and workout and it magically came together.

Fabulous....There is nothing like success to motivate one to continue. Keep at what you are doing....track food, exercise at the appropriate level and drink lots of water. There is a smaller version of you inside just waiting to get out. Have a great day!
