140.5 this week. Down 1.5 pounds. I'll take it!
Everyone is doing great! Just take it one pound at a time. I've had a lot of weeks where I plateau or even gain and then it goes way down a week later. Just hang in there :) |

No loss for me this week. But I did stay the same, at 244lb, so that is better than gaining. Been on FitDay for an entire month now. I notice a big difference in the way I feel. I feel better, healthier, and have more energy. I have made some big changes in my eating habits which I am proud of. I am behind on my scheduled 2 lb/week goal. But will carry on and push myself to succeed...hoping to report a good sized loss next Friday!
Congrats to all the losers! And hang in there to all of us who stayed the same or gained! We will reach our goals!! :) |
Hello. I'm happy to report that I am 3.5 pounds down this week. My current weight is at 141.5, down from 145 pounds last week! :)

So far we have lost 36lbs and there are a ton of people who have not reported in yet so maybe we will beat last weeks 50lbs! There are also a handful of people who did not weigh in last week. If you did not weigh in last week and don't weigh in this week either, I will be removing you from the list.

sorry i am so late posting everyone...started a new job and its been a little crazy this week :) well, weighed in at 187 which means i gained, but just need to buckle down and adjust to my new schedule!!! :) Anyways, congrats to everyone who lost weight and to those of you who didnt (including myself) we will do better next week!!!! :)
