Week 3 weekly weigh in 2/5
 
(I am posting this on Thursday night so all the early birds will have a place to post in the morning)

Time to weigh in everyone! Hope you all had a good week and if you didn't don't dispair- there is always next week :D

Well, I lost a pound. Better than nothing I suppose, but it's just so slow! That's down to 165lbs.

:confused: Darn! Nothing lost this week according to the home scale and I WAS GOOD ALL WEEK with 6 gym visits staying true to 1200 daily cals. The good news is I feel great and I'm hopeful the Jenny Craig scale says I lost something at tomorrow's weekly weigh in. Thanks, Regina

185.5 for me. that's 2 and a half pounds off. (You can round it up, but not down, deanna! :D)

Off on an overnight trip with my hubby, feeling kinda sexier now that the weight is coming off too! ;)

Makes you feel good when you look down at the scale and the number is much lower than last time!

I lost 2lbs- down to 179. I am excited to be in the 170's! I have lost almost half of my body weight since starting in Jan 09. Only 7 more pounds and I will be half the person I was!

I'm down 3 lbs. to 151. I'm still amazed! I was 230 a year and a half ago and for the last four or five months I've been stuck. I ramped up the exercise and went back to putting in all food I eat and controlling my calorie intake to approx. 1200 (doing Atkins type diet) and it came off. Good luck to everyone on here, I know you can do it and remember to just stick to it and you'll be successful!!

Well I'm down 1 lb. I'm at 184. This was my first week. I did great getting back on track with healthier eating and working out 4 or 5 times this past week. I'm looking forward to better results next Friday. My mini-goal is 178 by end of Feb.

Hi all,

I'm new to this board and am weighting in at 186. I started at 247 Jan 1, 2009, got down to 185 before the holidays and the went up to 188. So I'll consider a loss of 2 for 186. Goal is 175, secret goal (the goal I would really like but can't believe I can make it) is 145. But reading about other people that started at 185 and made it down that far inspires me! I am using alli, good food choices and exercise best I can (I have some physical issues). thanks for creating this weight in.

140.5 this week. Down 1.5 pounds. I'll take it!

Everyone is doing great! Just take it one pound at a time. I've had a lot of weeks where I plateau or even gain and then it goes way down a week later. Just hang in there :)

No loss for me this week. But I did stay the same, at 244lb, so that is better than gaining. Been on FitDay for an entire month now. I notice a big difference in the way I feel. I feel better, healthier, and have more energy. I have made some big changes in my eating habits which I am proud of. I am behind on my scheduled 2 lb/week goal. But will carry on and push myself to succeed...hoping to report a good sized loss next Friday!

Congrats to all the losers! And hang in there to all of us who stayed the same or gained! We will reach our goals!! :)

Hello. I'm happy to report that I am 3.5 pounds down this week. My current weight is at 141.5, down from 145 pounds last week! :)

So far we have lost 36lbs and there are a ton of people who have not reported in yet so maybe we will beat last weeks 50lbs! There are also a handful of people who did not weigh in last week. If you did not weigh in last week and don't weigh in this week either, I will be removing you from the list.

sorry i am so late posting everyone...started a new job and its been a little crazy this week :) well, weighed in at 187 which means i gained, but just need to buckle down and adjust to my new schedule!!! :) Anyways, congrats to everyone who lost weight and to those of you who didnt (including myself) we will do better next week!!!! :)

Weighed in at 224.6 today, was 228.8 last week. Down #3.6 but this larger than average weight loss was due to a gout attack last week.

This is my first post to this thread. I have been using fit day for about 2 years, and I didn't even realize that it had forums until today. I started using fit day at #255.

ugh !!! I finally was able to log into the forums....I often have trouble getting into this area for some reason???????
....anyways....I did weigh in on Friday....207.5.... :)
....I'll try again to log in here next Friday....
