198.6...not much but hey! Losing some is losing some right? I will be working extra hard next week!

Hi deanna,
I am at 161 lbs, started at 162. I know I slipped this week with eating, and I have to be accountable to the scale, you guys, and myself. This is a new week and I know the next weigh-in will be better. No looking BACK- Just FORWARD!!!

For simplicities sake, I rounded up to the nearest pound lost or gained. We lost a total of FIFTY POUNDS this week!! Way to go everyone. Awesome job!

No problem! I couldn't get it to line up perfectly. I have it all in a spreadsheet but it won't copy and paste right on here so I did the best I could Maybe next week I will scan it and post a link to it!

Now I would like to know what the people who lost 6 pounds in one week did last week!!! 8)
