To lose weight and fat - LONG TERM and sustainable you want to focus on:

1. Calorie deficit - figure out on TDEE
2. Protein - 1G per pound of goal body weight
3. 100 OZ water per day (flush out toxins in system)
4. 45 Mins of movement 6 days a week.
