I just try to eat right.
I cook all my own food, try to keep it as light as possible, minimize sugar and salt.
I take vitamins, and because of the quarantine, I work out at home.
I understand that it is not easy, but it is possible to get used to it.
It would just be a desire.
I also found which has a lot of good health tips that have helped me a lot.
The main thing is to believe in yourself, strive for the best, if you really want it)).
