I agree! I myself, shoot for 7 hours of high quality sleep. I turn off the lights and make my room completely dark and use a weighted blanket to help increase my sleep quality

I agree, usually a woman needs 7-8 hours of sleep, and a man needs 9- 10 hours of sleep if we sleep 6 -7 hours. Your body will produce the hormone ghrelin to related with gain weight.
