Following the dietary guidelines that you get 45%-65% of calories of your daily calorie intake. You should eat 225gm-325gm of daily carbs generally. If you want to lose weight you need to eat 50gm-150gm of carbs on daily basis.

You do not have to starve yourself to lose weight. I was once like you looking for several ways to lose weight. Tried so many things but didnt work for me then I came across this blog shrinkthosefats.blogspot.com where I learnt how effective red tea is to weight loss.
At first, I thought it was a lie then later changed my mind and decided to give it a try. I was able to lose about 15 pounds within first few weeks though accompanied with some cardio.
I'm not saying it's going to work for you as it works for me, but you can give it a try since there's no harm in trying plus they've even started giving discounts.
