Staying on Track?
Hi, All!
I got back on here after being off for years because I have become lax and gained weight back that I previously lost. I need to stay on track and am asking for tips. I have decided to weight myself daily because if I do weekly then it's easy for me to think I can indulge now and then be healthy later. Not true. So my first attempt at getting back on track is daily weigh-ins. How do you stay on track?
