Don't mind at all, going by the last time i weighed myself(before Christmas) it should be 18-19lbs, but I'll do my weigh-in in the morning so i'll know better then. I just so want to do this as I want to get healthy and lose the extra weight so decided I'm starting tomorrow not waiting for the New Year.

Shirl Sounds like you're going to try for 1.5 lbs a week average or thereabouts which should be very doable. I find it helps to do the math to find a calorie level that will (approximately) give you the results you're looking for. Regards, Michael |

I'm in. My only proviso is that I'm looking to reduce my body fat% instead of just weight. I'm currently at 23.5% and want to be 15%. That works out at 15lb on a current weight of 165lb, nearly 10%. I want 15% body fat. I'm 5'3 and 165lb today. I will post weight and body fat % every 2 weeks on Saturdays, starting Friday 31st December. |
