Default I've been struggling to find any method on how to reduce my weight

I've been struggling to find any method on how to reduce my weight significantly. I've been to sorts of weight loss programs that doesn't really help. My friend introduced me with this tea and i noticed she has fewer belly fats than she has before.

I can't even imagine how horrible that must have been for my family to watch me balloon up. I guess I expected them to say something if I got too far out of whack, but that isn't them and it shouldn't be expected of them. All I have to do is step on the scale and not go outside those bou
