There are lots of tips in these message boards for losing weight. Probably #1: watch portion sizes of food. Know the calories of the food you are eating (fitday helps with that). Be aware of how many calories you are eating - so you can reduce the number by eating different foods or the same foods in different portion sizes.

Focus on eating fresh foods such as fruits, vegetables, unprocessed meats, salmon, white fish, tuna, avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, olive oil, rice, quinoa, oats, beans, lentils, chickpeas... etc. You may find this helpful Link removed

Take healthy diet but after caloric count. Do workout mostly abs exercise and running for around 30 to 40 mins a day. You can also join any weight loss program where you will be guided under fitness coach.
