Good morning everyone 
Thought i would start this week due to Ed off and enjoying his cruise week.
Great week for me and i am very happy about it.Down 2.6 and getting closer and closer to some very interesting numbers!!

congrats Wayne and changeisgood and welcome new members. my number is steady @122, i'm not complaining! something interesting though, for the first time i have noticed, my bf% shows @25% range, how cool is that? started with 38% or more.

My BF% is right around 25 right now also, i started using this scale i weighed 278 and the BF was 43%. I am not sure though as it took a month before i figured out to weigh after a shower so the feet are damp otherwise the BF% was all over the place.
