Hi folks, My names Jeff, I'm on the DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension), I am a Type 2 Diabetic, I also have Hypertension. I do a balance of weight lifting on day one with some leg lifts to strengthen my core then move on to some HIIT training. (HIIT= High Intensity Interval Training.) i.e running in place and doing burpees, or Box Jumps. Phew.
