Default Carrying the extra weight

I was thinking of getting a 50 lb bag of SOMETHING and putting it right in front of the fridge, or maybe carrying it around with me all the time to remind me of what I'm trying to lose.

Hey, get five 10# bags of something, then as you lose each 10#, you can get rid of one bag.

I like to think of it in terms of "milk gallons", which weight about 8lbs each. I have almost 80lbs to lose still so I'm carrying around TEN gallons everywhere I go. At least it's not 13-14 anymore though.

Every time I want to remember what I've lost, I try and pick up my 9 year old, she weighs almost exactly the same as the amount I've lost. I'll tell you what, I can't pick her up in my arms, but I can still give her a piggy back ride, but it hurts me plenty.
