I walked out of my weigh-in disappointed that I stayed the same. My husband asked me how I did and when I said "stayed the same" he high fived me and said way to go, adding that I hadn't gone up. So I'm here to pay it forward to those of you that may not of got the results you had hoped for- the cup is half full :) Congratulations to those that did lose, good work. i reached my goal weight last Wednesday, but i guess i have been so busy celebrating that gained some back???!!!! :( well, not too much though, but have to try hard and don't allow myself to binge too much!

Hi Everyone! It is Monday a.m. for me and I have added my status below. I am so happy for the loss, but I am a bit surprised. I really had problems with cravings over the weekend. I felt like a bottomless pit and ate over my alotted calories, but not TOO bad. I did get more protein the last few days last week. That might be a clue for me. I hope everyone has a great week!

My weight gain was a blip - hooray - today I was 168.6 and feeling less bloated! I will leave my Monday weight on of 172, though.

I'm new here, just found this site today. Been struggling with my weight too long and now have developed health problems. My weight for today is 182. Hope those numbers start to go down :).

Hmmm. Apparently I am going to do this the slow, healthy way... Got back on the fitness program today so hoping to see some results next week. I'm also going to make some zero calorie type veggie soup with turnip, cabbage, carrots, onions, green beans, tomatoes, etc. for a good go to for those marving moments.

Still losing!! I didn't REALLY lose 4.4 pounds in one week though - I was really bloated last Monday. My weight loss is definitely slowing down from over 2 lb a week to 1-1 1/2. Need to get more exercise!

Finally started seriously again, yay! I thought I would never pass the old 170.8 lb but I did. Perseverance is the key to success.

busted thru plateau!
Knowing that I'd be documenting my weight here Monday morning helped keep me in control over the weekend. Had cold weather in Chicagoland last week, and I think I burned more calories because I was trying to stay warm.
Vsabino - see you hit a milestone too - yeah you. Don't have a recipe on hand, but I'm sure I'll be trying any that you uncover. I'm unemployed, which SUCKS, but at least there's time to cook real meals. As far as Christmas: My goal is 7 pounds (125). I was thinking about my year end goal too. I can't beleive that October is almost over. So it looks like 10 weeks until the end of the year. If I can make it to 160 I would be very happy. I cannot wait to bust out of the 170s. I am upping my exercise this week to make that happen.

Dropped into a new weight bracket this week and feeling closer to my first goal than ever. 9 pounds to the next big milestone and I can hardly wait. It's a long slow road but weighing in with all of you is support that I really need and appreciate.

I've been off track this week, up 2 lbs... Been getting into the sweets, that's not good! Got to get back on track this week. I would love to be down 10-11 lbs by year end... a pound a week would be great. Got to get more exercise in and eat less fatty foods!

Monday 11/1 - I am worried about this coming week. It is going to be very busy and very stressful. Today is the first day since I started with FitDay that I have no packed my food for the day. I am in all day meetings (all week) and lunches brought in. Also, little to no time for exercise which all adds to my stress. Wish me luck.

Good Morning! I managed to control myself around all the holloween candy yesterday - but have no excuse for almost 3000 calories on Saturday - including sour cream & onion potato chips, which made my fingers swell. Now I have only 10 days to lose 3 pounds to reach my goal. sigh.

6 days of working out 1 hour per day and 12-1400 calories per day= 1 lb less of me to lug around :) Boy it takes a lot of work to get rid of this stuff!
I have copied this weeks weigh in from jcc1 as the ones that followed did not include jcc's weigh in and other numbers were not the most current(mine anyway). Let me know if it is better to do another way; I'm pretty new at this. Have a good week and good luck with all of the challenges that lie ahead. Last week was hard and I am having a hard time getting back into my routine. I was down 1lb which is still good and I will take it, but eating was off and no time for exercise at all.
