I was thinking about my year end goal too. I can't beleive that October is almost over. So it looks like 10 weeks until the end of the year. If I can make it to 160 I would be very happy. I cannot wait to bust out of the 170s. I am upping my exercise this week to make that happen.

Dropped into a new weight bracket this week and feeling closer to my first goal than ever. 9 pounds to the next big milestone and I can hardly wait. It's a long slow road but weighing in with all of you is support that I really need and appreciate.

2011 calendar
 
when setting goals I wanted to put June 2011 and the drop down for the year won't work, is anyone else having problems with that?

I've been off track this week, up 2 lbs... Been getting into the sweets, that's not good! Got to get back on track this week. I would love to be down 10-11 lbs by year end... a pound a week would be great. Got to get more exercise in and eat less fatty foods!

Monday 11/1 - I am worried about this coming week. It is going to be very busy and very stressful. Today is the first day since I started with FitDay that I have no packed my food for the day. I am in all day meetings (all week) and lunches brought in. Also, little to no time for exercise which all adds to my stress. Wish me luck.

Good Morning! I managed to control myself around all the holloween candy yesterday - but have no excuse for almost 3000 calories on Saturday - including sour cream & onion potato chips, which made my fingers swell. Now I have only 10 days to lose 3 pounds to reach my goal. sigh.

:mad:Well, if I even try a bit of carbs and keep the calories the same, I gain weight. There are just some days, I have got to have a piece of bread!??!

6 days of working out 1 hour per day and 12-1400 calories per day= 1 lb less of me to lug around :) Boy it takes a lot of work to get rid of this stuff!

I have copied this weeks weigh in from jcc1 as the ones that followed did not include jcc's weigh in and other numbers were not the most current(mine anyway). Let me know if it is better to do another way; I'm pretty new at this.

Last week was hard and I am having a hard time getting back into my routine. I was down 1lb which is still good and I will take it, but eating was off and no time for exercise at all.
