Where is everybody?
I'll do my part to continue this thread. I upped my activity level last week to a total of 30 miles walked every day various distances between 3.5 and 4.0 mph. Pretty much stuck with the diligence and realized an estimated net calorie deficit of 8200 calories for the week.

With regard to this thread, I feel like Jenna Rink at her 13th birthday party, realizing that her party guests have abandoned her. Seriously folks, where is everybody? Going the wrong direction
I am up again this week, but I am sure it has to do with Birthday and Superbowl all happening on same weekend. While I don't expect for the whole 3.5 I gained (from my lowest point so far) to be gone by next week I hope to have half of that whittled away. My body likes the 163-164 area. I need to change up my routine. What worked to get me to 163 isn't moving me past that and I really want to be into the 150's. It has been 16 YEARS since I was in the 150's!! It is long overdue for me to be in the 150's.
