Week 2
Congratulations resertjl! A wedding to look forward to now! Things are looking up at this end, 7 lbs this week. I will be consistently using the same scale now as I think I may have been a bit off last week at 170lbs. I love fitday, it keeps me right on track. I get to see my boo-boo's and then work on correcting these every day. My big downfall is sweets/pastries. I've cut them out and wow, what a difference! I'm also exercising now. Bye bye pounds! Can't wait to hear from all the other ladies...

Hi guys, I am new to the forum. Hope its not to late to join this group.
Height 5' 7" Current weight-160 lbs (2010/09/27) Goal weight- 145 (by 2010/12/04) my 6th wedding anniversary and a week before my 35th birthday!! Really excited about starting this journey! Nicole |
:(Not any progress for what I'm doing! Stuck at 244! Eating 1100 low carb~30g/day...Oh well. I'll keep going anyways.
Short term goal 240 by 10/7/10. |
Great attitude erron1570! You're in for the long haul :) Maybe try a new activity or switch up your calorie intake-1100 one day, 1300 the next type of thing. Keep up the good work and focus on the positives.

Here are my week 1 results:
Height: 5'8" Starting weight: 181 Week 1: 177.5 Glad for my loss, but hoped it would be more, of course. My body likes the 177 range so I have to be really focused this week on food and exercise to get past this place on the scale. |
congratulations on the engagement reisertjl!!!!!!!
i had lost two pounds...then i binged at a party and now I feel uncomfortable, unhealthy, and that I let myself down in reaching my goals. this weekend, friday, sat, and sunday I did beautifully! I will stay proud of myself for that and try to continue that success for this coming weekend. I have 2 weddings this weekend. :) |
I did poorly this week as well. I'm not going to weigh myself until I've done a few days of good eating. Damn it! Congrats for the engagement =)))) You will need to provide motivation to the whole group now!! Happy Tuesday everyone...

Hello Everyone! I'm new
I have a question about my activity log. I put in my weight and I also have put in the activity I did this morning. 30 minutes on the Eleptical. Why is it telling me that I have to burn 2200 calories a day? That just can't be right. Where do I go to change the number of calories I need to burn? I weight 185 and I am 5'6". I want to get down to 145 by 1/1/11. What am I doing wrong. I really want to use this program to help me reach my goal. Thanks so much for any help you can give me. :)

I think the 2200 cal it's telling you are the calories you burned today including exercise.
If you want to know how much deficit you have (calories burned - calories eaten) go to the next tab, calorie balance. Hope this helps! |
