Salad or any type of veggie is a great source of fiber!

Just started using FitDay to keep track of my fitness goals and would like to join this group too. Started: 08/30/2010 Height: 5' 5" Starting weight: 151 lb Current : 145 lb Lb lost: 6 Goal #1: 135 lb by 11/17/2010 Lb left: 10 Goal #2: 130 by 1/1/2011 My main goal really is that by March, I am still at the weight I want to be at New Years. I have always played sports my entire life so I am not nor do I want to be less than 130 really. But having my first baby this past year when I was my heaviest ever is not something I want to repeat for the next time around. Thanks for the support and I will log in every Monday! Ann |

Hello, i'd like to join in too. i'm really close to my first goal which was 125 lb, only about 3.4 more lbs to go, but have adjusted it and changed it to 120 lb. based on this new goal, i still got some more lbs to loose and at this level, the weight is too stuborn to come off. i'm trying to give myself time and don't get frustrated with this slow progress and i guess i need the motivation.
