Well, 3rd week holding at the same weight. Getting some good work-outs in but I could do much better with my diet. Hope everyone had a good week and has a great weekend.

good morning!my weight has not changed this week either, so same as last week, even though i have been good, food and exercise wise. hope you all have a good weekend.

Sheesh, maybe this is the Twilight Zone week in the weight loss world... I'm at the same weight, too, despite staying on track. Rather disappointing, but here's to better numbers next week.

Happy Friday everyone)
Well i am down . 2 of a pound so i am the same for arguments sake! I didn't try at all i didn't log any foods and just ate what i wanted and when. But now i eat so healthy that i had no weight gain~!

Congratulations on your 10 lbs lost so far. to me, you seem to be on the right track already!
what i did, i logged in my food, every single bite i had, keeping my carb/fat/protein ratios close to 30/30/40, drinking at least 64 ounces of water every day and making sure i get some exercise in every day. for exercise, i do tae bo boot camp and also have a gazelle sprintmaster that i use on my rest days from tae bo. what i found, this tae bo series seem to be a real plateau buster, every time i plateau, starting up the tae bo gives my weight loss a boost again.
hope i didn't confuse you much? and let me know of your progress.

Oops, forgot to check-in on Friday, playing catch-up now. I was up a little last week, not sure why, but I'm hoping to see my "pre-vacation" weight again this week, fingers crossed.
