75% of the Vitamin pill will mostly end in the urine. You are better off eating food rich with vitamins then taking pills. You can talk to your doctor about taking B12 shots for energy, they are inexpensive and much more effective, and I'm speaking from experience.

I have been taking vitamin b12 sublingual for the past six months. I have lost around 15lbs. Now you may call it slow but at least it helped me loose weight. Besides it also keeps me active during workouts.

i think vitamin b12 would not lose weight, like vitamin b6.
L-carnitine can lose weight

Deficiency of vitamin b12 can prevent weight-loss for sure.
Personally I prefer some serious supplements.
Forskolin is my favourite.

Vitamin B12 definitely aids in losing weight as it converts the fats into energy due to which you move more which results in losing weight.

One of the best and effective ways to lose weight easily which was told by an ayurvedic doctor to me was to have warm water with lemon everyday!
