Friday Weigh-In Gang December 31, 2010
Happy New Years Eve!! I hope our group can keep up the weekly post in 2011. I still have not shed the holiday extra baggage but been working out hard and set a new weight goal for myself. 2010 was a great year for improving my weight, health and activity. Happy New Year Gang! i do also hope we continue our healthy lifestyle in 2011 and 2012, and.....
I will not post my weight this week, sice i'm too afraid to check it. hopefully christmas cookies be gone soon and i can get back to my healthy eating habits and feel more omfortable in my skin again!

Good morning and Happy New Year to everyone What a year 2010 was, totally changed my life and health and feel so much better now!
And now to continue with 2011 and here is a good reason why....
This is not a misprint but i am up 10lbs!!!! Wooohooo, takes me five weeks to lose 10 lbs and then in one week i put it on!!! And i got a major event to attend tonight also so i wouldn't be surprised to see a couple more pounds.
What a scary thing it is to see that number jump up. I am getting serious again tomorrow morning and move on.

I'm up 5 from my low a month or two ago but we have just about finished the Holidays. We still are focused on our goals and we will get these extra pound off. I'm sure we are going stumble time to time forever, it's human nature and we should not kick our selfs too hard as long as when we get up tomorrow, we get back on track.

Hello, good people, and Happy New Year to you all! I'm excited for us all to continue doing great in 2011. 2010 was a very good year for self-improvement, and I know 2011 will be as well.
Wayne and ED - you 2 have shown just how committed and persistent you are; the weight gain is a very minor setback. I'm sure you'll get back on track with no problem at all.

Ok here we go, its 2011 and i am going to lose some weight this year...
I am actually 217 today after a huge night of indulgence! wowser!! No worries though i am getting back up on my health horse and riding into the sunset starting now!! Can't wait to get back to 200 202 around there so i can wear my smaller jeans again!
