Default End of week 6 of 8 week Friday weigh ins through July 23

Time to weigh in. After a long holiday weekend of eating and drinking too many calories, I was able to get back on track for the week. Working out hard and I think for the first time in my life, I have ran 5 miles non-stop (slow jog, takes almost an hour). Hope everyone post a loss and have a good weekend.

I too had waaaayyyy too many calories over the holiday weekend, but am also back on track and have almost gotten back down to what I weighed a week ago. We have nothing social planned for this weekend, so hopefully that will keep me on track, and I can post a loss next week. Good luck everybody and have an nice weekend.

i'm just going to save it until tomorrow. even though i know i must have lost something, the scale wouldn't show it yet. so, i'll try again tomorrow when hopefully i see a more accurate number.

The weight isn't coming off like I hoped... I am training hard.. 2 cardio sessions a day and weight's 3 times a week.. and don't get me started on my diet. I haven't strayed for sooo long.. but I am looking a lot toner. and thats all that matters I guess. congrats everyone.

Dianna, your not a large person. Your knocking out a pound a week! I'm twice your size and would be happy with that. Don't be so hard on yourself, your doing great.

THANX! And I am happy about the results. Its just that im competing in 12 weeks and its scary is all.. will I make it or not. I just need to relax and put my faith in the work. Ive made a few changes this week so we will see what happens!

Don't kid yourself, 2.5 pounds in a week is not slow and steady it is fantastic!! Congrats but don't expect that or more every week. I am a big guy still and maybe once in a two month stretch will i lose that much.

Ed it is great to see you on track again and losing!!

Big congrats to everyone, even if we don't lose pounds this week we will improve our health regardless by a healthy diet!
