Well i am down only .8 of a pound. Been like that all week bouncing around the same number but after dropping 3 last week i guess it is somewhat expected.

I'm down 3.4 pounds for the week, but I ate so much yesterday that I will most likely be up tomorrow. Ugh, I have that "gonna binge bad" feeling too.

I'm up about half a pound and it's not surprising. I totally overindulged this past weekend (world cup viewing party and a birthday party). This week I added 3 morning runs to my workout routine - hopefully that'll pay off and i'll see a drop for next week's weigh in.

I'm down 2.5, but I'm out of town again, so I think this scale might be off. I really think I only lost 1ish. I'll make up for it next week, haha.
