I guess I am posting this in inspiration to doggiesnot "how much are you going to lose" post; I figured that if I started the thread myself maybe I would hold myself accountable (so no offense doggiesnot, I'm stealing your idea)!
So, I'll be posting the details of my past journey and my future, and what Ill do to get there. Feel free to do the same, I love reading everyone's stories!
When I met my boyfriend in September of 2008, I was at my peak of 180 (I weight 5'3). I was miserable, but thanks to his support, and my dedication and hard work, I am now 146 pounds. My goal as of right now is 130, with no time frame in mind, although I would like to have it done ASAP of course My plan is to write a very specific eating plan and exercise regimen. I will weight in everyday, as usual. I will check in with you every Friday. I will also think of a great treat for myself when I hit my goal (most likely a day at the spa or something fun).
