"Biohacking" Dave Asprey. It is a book about the ways to improve your body and your brain with natural methods: by eating specific food and doing specific exercises. the book is called "The Miracle of Hunger", I highly recommend it. There are many practices that I practiced back in college when I was struggling with excess weight.
