what do you do when you are sick?when you are weak and don't have the energy to do anything?when all you want to do is lie in the bed?or when your body feels like it has been ran over by a dump truck?i would love to here your story and your thoughts on it.

I've tried to push through it and workout in the past and it usually backfires. I say rest.

It depends on what your illness is. Is it chronic or acute?

Chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. Dieting be damned until I'm feeling better ;-)

Of course, if I'm sick from too many carbs, I try to have a veggie day.
