My mom took the kiddo today and the plan was to sleep, but I couldn't fall asleep so I just watched a bunch of tv and laid in bed. Feeling much better, though still worn down.

3) 20% protein minimum - 23%, 20%, 21%
4) 64oz water minimum - not sure; not enough, 80oz+, 80oz+
5) calorie deficit 700+ - 716, 516, 527
6) take vitamins - yes, yes, yes
7) lights out by 11 the night before - yes, yes, yes
8) no food after 8pm the night before - no, yes, nope - add a piece of toast with pb to yesterday's report

Good Morning my lovelies. I haven't forgotten to update Wednesdays goals. I went to bed early last night with the intention of updating everything before work this morning.....but I woke up late. So I guess I'll do the update when I get home. I can try it from the phone later, but it always seems to screw up when I do. Catch up with all you guys later. Ciao!!

Good Morning!

For the first time in about 8 months, I have absolutely nothing to do!!! What a weird feeling... Daughter and husband are off to work, everything is caught up (...yes, even the checkbook! ) Wow, I'm not sure that I like this. lol After an entire year of stress and deadlines, I've been spit out the other end and I actually have to figure out something to do. I can't even begin to tell you how strange this feels. If this is how an "empty-nester" feels, I must say, it's pretty damn FANTASTIC! lol

I actually have time to map out my food choices and get my hike in early. Then, who knows. There may be some shopping in my future. Ask any woman; trying on clothes in a fitting room IS exercise!

Wishing you all a stress-free, peaceful day!

quinn

6) 1 hour writing a day 5x a week: yes, yes, yes
7) 5 veggies/fruits per day: yes, yes, yes
8) try not to worry soooooo much: this aint gonna happen so maybe I should just say deal with worry as best I can, started out worrying off the charts but listened to DD talk to me about some tough stuff and how she's handling it and am feeling a lot better, woke up with anxiety but OK

Enjoy, Quinn! Sorry about your DD's hand but humor is the best medicine for getting through it.

Joanna is killing it and so are you Mike!!!

Nobe glad you are getting some form of rest; you obviously need it.

I seem to be losing weight pretty fast (at 133 today) but I think it may be due to certain factors which will change and also stress related. So I do hope I can keep losing but in a healthy way. I have been trying to plan meals, track calories religiously and move more so maybe if I keep up with that I won't gain it all back...
