Hello to all the new menbers and the ones that have seen my messages on threads before.
This time im serious about shedding the extra weight that i have left. No matter how much i tell myself i should be proud of the 5 stone ive already lost!! This i know will never be the truth til im comfortable and happy with my body. I accept it may not be perfect even when i get to goal but im determined to work hard this time round and give it nothing but 110%.
My internet is connected permanently now so i will be able to log on much more often and keep in touch with all of you.
Looking forward to posting and reading and losing these unwanted pounds/stones!
