I'm having a
super lazy day. Emptying the dishwasher felt like climbing a mountain. I felt fine until I waited too long to have lunch and was feeling faint and never really went back to normal.
Ama - I think if you get in the right frame of mind, being hungry feels really good. When I first decided I'd had enough I was hungry a lot, but I realized it felt so much better than feeling full and bloated and loagy like I did before. Now I see it as a positive to not be full, pretty much ever.
Tori - great to see you're getting your focus back. Life can so easily get in the way, but you've done awesome so far and are a real inspiration.
Mern - awesome job on your goals today! It's nice to see so much green. Good way to start a new week
I'm sure I've missed a ton of things I wanted to say to a ton of people, but y'all have me distracted by daydreaming about pb&j now
