Default Overall Goals

Decided to post my overall goals as I feel I finally have the strength to write them down and face them.
First weight goal 300lbs by june 2012
Face health issues and give myself up to medical profession to get to the bottom of those health issues
Keep sorting stuff from the house and lightening the load there
Keep focused on the business and continue to help it grow. remain positive
Refuse to put off today what could have been done tomorrow. Energise
keep positive overall with weight and health
So. I have it in writing for me to keep looking back at.

Yeaay! Now - keep it in front of you, especially when it gets tough. That's what is helping me this week with bad back. I still can lose, even though I might be limited otherwise.

I'm impressed that you set some awesome goals and shared them.

I will say don't underestimate cleaning out the "stuff" in your abode. It will feel so good mentally that it will allow you to concentrate on other things.

My closet is completely cleaned out of clothes that don't fit, shoes I can no longer wear and everytime I go in there I feel a sense of empowerment. Crazy at what such a simple thing will do for your overall mental health.

January pounds lost 7.8 = 220
February pounds lost 4.4 = 215.6
March pounds lost 2.6 = 213 (do better in April)
Total 14.8
Goal weight 160.4
