not in one sitting. Sams sells a big bag of frozen borccoli florets. It has four 1 pound bags in it. I figured i could get a couple of them.

I'm in!

This is just what I need to get motivated, again! Here's my plan for the week,

1200-1400 cals per day
64 oz water min per day
35 to 45 min on treadmill every morning
Post here and log food every day

Also, I'd love to have a weight loss buddy if anyone is interested, I'm 47, have about 50 lbs to lose. I know what to do, just need the motivation and support to get it done! I'll be there for you as well!

Julie

Welcome, Julie and Anna1Louise...this is a great place for motivation! We'll all start with a new round of goals tomorrow, so keep yours the same or change them up. Glad to have you!

A pound of brocc a day, huh? I love broccoli, but that would be pushing it for me.

Well, I saddled up, put a heat patch on the hip and another on the shoulder and went out and played. Played the best doubles match I ever have. I'm puzzled but happy! Might do weights tonight but I also have to carve a couple pumpkins, so we'll see. Ooooh, pumpkin seeds :D.

Cassie, I'm trying to see if my brother or GF will go swat balls with me. I hope to get on the court next week.
I noticed something, usually when I heat a 1 pound bag of broccoli, I can get 2 big servings. I think that broccoli is 85 grams per serving. I was thinking that my 2 big servings was maybe 3-4 regular (85g) servings but I just did the math and 1 pound = ~453.6 grams, which would be 5.3 servings. That would be pretty hard and I think I'd really get sick of broccoli, which I don't want to happen.

I like brocolli, but I think I wouldn't like it that much. I'm just thinking of all the tooting that would be going on afterwards ... lol

I did baked rainbow trout with brown rice, brussel sprouts (I like them, hub doesn't), steamed brocolli & cauliflower.

That wouldn't bother me, but Mytsie, my 7 pound baby (dog) that sleeps under the covers doesn't appreciate it too much.:o

Hey, kids, how's the weekend?

So, all in all, this wasn't a great week for me, but I ended up under goal for calories today, so hopefully that means good things for next week! Looking forward, not back!

My experiment in only weighing in once a week I think is a bust. It really is motivating to see what the scale says every morning. I didn't weight this week at all, so we'll see if I did damage tomorrow morning.

Does anybody watch the Walking Dead on AMC? Good show, I recommend it!

See ya'll on the flip side.

It's only because I like you, but don't take it personal. ;) Kinda confusing, huh?

hey didn't you post like forever ago that you were doing P90X? Was that you?

I specialize in confusion so I think I get it :)
No, it wasn't me on P90X, I do remember someone writing about starting... I am considering Insanity at the moment, early stages of consideration anyway.
