Today has been pretty good, but of course there is still cake to make and deal with. It's already in my food log; now I just have to make it and find candles! And portion control, there's always that . As long as we're making exceptions for accidental calorie overages and broken food, hows about we say that whatever you eat on your birthday and holidays shouldn't count? Anybody with me?
Very cool about them making a movie in your neighborhood, a pain I'm sure, but still cool. I don't see any Hollywood producers around here to making movies, although there are occasional film crews over on the lake shore. Since this is Michigan, we have buckets and buckets of shoreline.

Hi everyone it’s been a long day and I am glad it’s almost over! My leg is still quite soar I did get two good walks in this weekend and todays was pushing my daughter in her wheelchair (she had a new drug, bad reaction) around the pumpkin festival for two hours so that was probably a good calorie burn. I was very frustrated to find this event had very poor wheelchair access and a good chunk of the events were on dirt and grass even though the site said wheel chair and stroller friendly. I really wonder sometimes what qualifies as “friendly” there were many frustrated parents pushing strollers through large crowds and since she is only in her chair for events if she’s ill I really trust site advertising and often find myself wondering if they actually looked into the plan before saying things like “wheel chair friendly”!
I really hope my leg is better tomorrow I have been icing it (thanks Rose) and using A535 at night so maybe I can get back to the gym tomorrow.How long do you normally rest a pulled muscle?

Calories less than 1400 Tues thru Sun : T=1313, W=1353, T=1316, F=1647, S=1308, S=1196
Calorie deficit of 5000 for week: M= -308, T=-803, W=-780, T=-825, F= -513, S=-947, S=-1056 = -5232
Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner: 1843 I was doing ok until the ice cream cake.
Use all 25lbs of tomato’s: M=N, T=N, W=Y half of them. T=N, F=Y done
Finish Drying Herbs: M=N, T=N, W=N, T=Y, F-Y done
