Menopause sucks!
 
I'm new to this site and very frustrated. I'm 56 years old and it seems like I'm doomed to weigh over 160 pounds. My goal weight is 145, I'm 5'2" and 145 pounds seems like a reasonable goal for my age. But no matter how hard I try, the pounds just stick to me. I'm trying the low-carb approach now, which I've never really tried seriously before, but only lost 2 pounds in the first 10 days, which is not very motivating. Any suggestions specific to women in their 50's?
