I began this weight loss journey (again) in March. I have been struggling for 5 years to get off the 20 lbs that I had gained back from my initial 50 lbs weight loss then years ago.

I FINALLY have been successful!! I have 1.5 lbs to lose by my birthday on Friday. I will definitively get there! I will be 55 on Friday and am very happy that I have done this for ME

I just want to encourage everyone to keep at it. I tried and failed many times, but if you stick to it, it can be done. You will be so happy that you did!
