Low-carb (no pasta, bread, rice or starchy veggies) and sit-ups. How we eat results in flat stomachs more than exercise. Your muscle is underneath any layers of fat and if you do just sit-ups, you'll strengthen the stomach muscles but still have the fat overtop.

Have you tried vacuum exercises for the stomach? This method helped me to make it look flat by strengthening some inner muscle (Idk how it's called but it's not the one you train by sit-ups). Just be careful with your individual reaction - this kind of exercise are better to be avoided by those who have any problems with digestion and can only be performed with an empty stomach (in the morning).

I’m usually out of bed at 3 am and try to get to bed by 8 pm. Yesterday morning I ate 2 breakfast sandwiches, tea. For lunch ham sandwich with cranberry juice and for dinner stir fry beef, broccoli, white rice and potato salad with juice. I have the worst sweet tooth which I eradicate completely if that even possible.
