Eat one medium sized apple in the morning and one in the afternoon. Simple and effective, if you do this for 3-4 days, you might notice it keeps you really regular. It works for my 3y son, he's a horribly fussy eater (he could live on breakfast cereal) and gets constipated all the time.

I am not a doctor but have a lot of issues with IBS and it gets worse when I diet...can go either way if you know what I mean...the best thing I have found that was recommended by my gastro doc is Align...sort of pricey but it works! It balances the digestive track...I am sure you could google it and find more information.
