I slipped over this morning on some ice and now I'm feeling a bit silly and sorry for myself. 
Not just that, it really hurts! The fat me would've just bounced, but the slimmer version got really beat up.
Now I've got a couple of hours to get over myself until I have spinning class. Oh, the joys of winter.
