Hey Ladies,

I just wanted to share that I reached my first goal of under 200 pounds. I weighed in Saturday at 199.6.

It is a huge step for me as I was over 200 pounds for 7 years! I'm happy and yet scared at the same time. Trying to not backslide in to old habits and I keep going on this journey!

Yay! I remember reaching that goal- it feels fantastic and is a huge breakthrough!!!

Now your goals will start being- how much distance can I put between myself and that evil number. I know that's how mine have become!

Congratulations! So happy for you! I have a few more weeks until mine and I am hoping I can feel as great as you do reaching yours. Keep up the good work!
