Alcohol %, folic acid, folate
1. What does alcohol on the nutrition section represent when looking at the nutrition facts on the back of food packages?
2. Many items list folic acid (which is good for you), but it isn't on Fitday's nutrition list.
3. Are folic acid and folate the same thing?
