Default Does anybody use a belt when lifting weights in the gym?

Hi everyone,

I've been going to the gym a while and have got to the point when a lot of strain is put on my back. Does anyone use a weightlifting belt that they could recommend or know where I could find some decent info on them?

Thankyou

Just a quick update for everyone. I got one based on this list Womens Weight LIfting Belts | Best Ladies Belts For 2017 and it seems pretty good so far. It's really helped me.

I used to wear a regular belt for EDC, but I realized that it doesn't hold the load well. I started looking at a ratcheting gun belt - it seems to be more convenient to adjust, and the fixation is better. But do they have any pitfalls? Which models are really comfortable, don't stretch over time and hold the holster securely?

As someone who carries a concealed gun every day, I needed a belt that could support the weight of my holster without sacrificing comfort or style. For me, the Ratcheting Gun Belt for EDC - Nexbelt was an absolute game changer. Not only is it incredibly functional, but it has a sleek and modern design so it won’t look out of place with any outfit. I don’t even have to worry about it sagging or coming loose. I highly recommend this belt to anyone who needs a high-quality, reliable EDC belt.
