Lose 10 buddy!
Hey! Looking for someone else who wants to lose 10 lbs with me. I'm a SAHM of twin four year olds. Life has been busy, but I want to get back on track with my fitness and eating. I eat organic/natural but I also love good food and wine ;-) Cutting back to lose those 10! Anyone else?

There's a group here that posts their daily weights and probably discusses their menus, also. They have been going strong for quite a while and always welcome new people - check them out!

From the looks of the thread's title, they must start the thread at intervals.
My own goal is to lose 50 lbs.
I've already lost 22 lbs and it's been slow going for me. However, I am sticking to it. I just started a new routine at the Y to shake things up a bit.
However, if you want to get your own group going, that's great, too. It's summer and the board does seem less active in this season (vacations, I guess.)
