If any of us men need more motivation to shrink our bellies, think about the body part it's covering. Less belly means we'll be smiling more than "Smilin' Bob" ever did!

It is true. I once heard a doctor tell a guy that for every 10lbs of belly fat we put on, we lost 1/8" of length. This guy had a HUGE belly. Couldnt see his feet. He said just imagine, you're probably hanging like a horse, its just caught up in your stomach right now. For some strange reason, I don't think the guy even cared

At that ratio I can't afford to gain 10lbs.

There's been much joking on the "Motivational Thread" about using nudity as an appetite suppressant.

When I was a kid we used to refer to men that had big bellies as "Dickie Do's", which was short for "his belly stick out further than his Dickie do".
