1. Maintain or start a healthy lifestyle 2. Keep doing exercise 3. Get enough sleep 4. Keep your mind active 5. Measure and watch your weight 6. Drink water and stay hydrated 7. Take a multivitamins supplement 8. Not smoking and alcohol |
Sleep, good food, a normal amount of calories that's all!
