I have managed to get down to size 34 pants which is my waist goal, plus I have managed to also meet my muscle mass goal. I just have left my belly flab. So I am hoping the next weeks a strict no fat diet and exercise will get me there.

I’ve crushed my waist goal and now fit into size 34 pants, and I’ve hit my muscle mass target too. All that’s left is the belly flab — and I’m confident that with a strict no-fat diet and focused workouts over the next few weeks, I’ll finish strong and reach my final goal. I’m almost there!
