What a great job you've done! Keep up the good work, Mary. In addition to the outward change, I'm sure you feel better and it sounds like you're having a lot of fun with all the activities you do now . That's priceless.

Congratulations! That's awsome.
To me the term obese sounds so terrible, I can't wait until I am out out of the obese category and am simply overweight.

Keep up the good work.

I never considered myself obese even at my heaviest. That's likely one of the reasons my weight got up there. My son was complaining about the tables last weekend. He is very muscular and not overweight at all however because of the muscle he weights enough to put his BMI at 25 - so he is approaching the overweight category. All these categories need to be viewed along with everything else. mary

Mary!!! Congrats! You look as good as I am sure you feel!! WTG Girl!!!

I agree about the charts needing reviewed. My son is 14 yrs old and 5'11" and weighs in at 135-140lbs and the chart says he is borderline overweight. I don't agree. The boy wears 30w 32L jeans and they fall off.

Default Woohooo! Look at YOU

I'm afraid you are going to have to photograph your driver's license and post it - you DO NOT look anywhere near 64.

You look fit and sylish and ready for the next adventure.
