The picture on the left was taken 2 years ago. I have no idea what I weighed at that point. I do know that I was at 308 pounds in December of 2010, and I was 295 when I first joined Fitday in February of this year. The picture on the right was taken yesterday, in it I am 231 pounds.

The 180 target is just a number I threw there when I first joined, at that point I didn't really know what to expect or what it would look like. According to the Fitday the healthy weight range for my height is between 130 and 175 pounds. I will just keep plugging away at it until I get to a point where I think it feels right.

Hello all, don't post here but use fitday. Mike, great b4/sfter pics. Question for you, what is your height? You look 5'8-5'9 maybe. I'm 5'9 and have gone from 216 to 180 and am working on the next 10lbs. I'll post pics here soon when I hit that mark.

Before and Now...the after will come hopefully in 3 months :)
Attached are photos at my best and at my worst..The brown shirt was 2007 where I weighed in at 155lbs...The black dress was this past Christmas weighing in at 180lbs respectively.
My goal is to look like the before with the defined cheekbones and jaw...I so long for the neck and face to look like 2 separate entities!!
