I started off with just cleaning up my diet and walking, then I did P90X.

This is one month (almost) of Progress
First pic is March 16
Second was today April 11

I hate my pic taken, but I can see a bit of change, so I'll try to be objective. Maybe Ill not be so camera shy in a year

These are exactly the same clothes (I know how dress can make a difference) and I wanted an objective comparison. Well shoes are different, but I couldn't wear these a month ago
