I am Steve and it took me 1 month shy of 3 years to reach my goal. I started back in April 27 2008 when I decided to lose my 200 pounds. I finally figured it out, you can't just do it with food, you have to exercise as well.
So here I am 200 pounds lighter and I feel great. I finally reached my goal of 184. Hope you are all doing well.
Remember, Good food, exercise and a clear mind will get you there.

Congratulations, Steve!! The real payoff is how you feel and what you've done for your health. Keep active, keep watching the numbers so it doesn't get undone. We all know how easy it is to gain and how long it takes to lose. Remember how good you feel now and how much extra tonnage you were carrying around (and how tired you were!) You're my new hero!
